A space for whole-person wellness.

More Than Therapy

Kelly Wellness Studio was created from a belief that wellness is about more than simply talking about our problems.

It's about having space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and explore what supports your wellbeing as a whole person.

Counselling is at the heart of the Studio, but the vision extends beyond traditional talk therapy to include experiences that support healing, connection, and personal growth.

A place to explore what's possible.

The Studio is Alison's vision for something that extends beyond traditional counselling — a welcoming space where people can come together for healing, learning, restoration, and connection.

In time, the Studio will grow to include opportunities such as:

  • Workshops, Therapeutic Groups, and Learning — spaces to explore new ideas, develop practical tools, and deepen self-understanding.

  • Connection & community — gatherings designed to bring people together in meaningful, supportive ways.

  • Restorative experiences — opportunities to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and care for your whole being through Reiki, sound baths, and other holistic practices.

  • Movement & mindfulness — restorative yoga, meditations, and other practices that support connection between mind, body, and nervous system.

  • Collaborative offerings — thoughtfully chosen practitioners and facilitators sharing their knowledge and gifts.

This is only the beginning.
