Services
Support for where you are—and where you’d like to go.
Start Where You Are
We begin with where you are today. Together, we'll explore what you'd like to understand, change, or work through, and develop an approach that fits your needs and goals.
Depending on what you're looking for, counselling may draw from approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused and Strength-Based Therapy, Narrative Therapy, mindfulness, and nervous-system awareness.

Counselling Services
-
A space to slow down, understand what's happening, and explore what you'd like to change or make sense of.
Together, we'll identify your goals and work at a pace that feels right for you, drawing from therapeutic approaches that fit your needs and experiences. -
A safe and supportive space to reconnect, communicate more openly, and gain a deeper understanding of one another.
With a neutral person alongside you, we can slow things down and explore what's happening between you—including communication, recurring conflict, emotional needs, trust, and connection. -
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a trauma-informed approach that can help the brain process difficult or distressing experiences.
Unlike traditional talk therapy, you don't have to describe your experiences in detail. You are gently guided to bring an experience to mind while using bilateral stimulation, such as side-to-side eye movements. This can help reduce the intensity associated with difficult memories and experiences. -
Grief is personal, and there is no prescribed timeline.
Counselling can offer a safe, supported space to make sense of what you're experiencing, process your loss, and navigate the emotions and changes that follow.
Healing doesn't mean leaving the loss behind. It can mean learning to carry it while continuing to live a meaningful life. -
The work you do can carry a weight of its own.
This support offers space to process vicarious trauma, compassion fatigue, burnout, and the experiences you carry from your work. Together, we can reconnect you with yourself and strengthen the resilience needed to continue your work while caring for your own wellbeing. -
Counselling, with room to move.
Sometimes it's easier to open up when you're moving rather than sitting face-to-face. Walk & Talk offers the same supportive, goal-focused individual counselling in a more relaxed, neutral setting.
We can talk through challenges, build coping strategies, and work toward your goals while walking side by side. This approach can be particularly comfortable for teens, young adults, and anyone who connects more easily through movement.
