A Space to Reconnect, Restore, and Grow.

More than Counselling

A space for whole-person wellbeing.

Kelly Wellness Studio is a space for whole-person wellness, where professional counselling and restorative experiences come together to support healing, connection, and self-discovery. Healing begins within ourselves, but we don't have to navigate that journey alone.

Hi, I’m Alison

A woman with shoulder-length blonde hair smiling outdoors in a lush green garden or park setting.

I've always been drawn to people and their stories — what makes each person who they are, what they've carried, and the strengths they bring with them.

Connection — to ourselves, to others, and to the communities we are part of — is at the heart of my work.

As a Registered Clinical Counsellor with a Master’s Degree in Social Work and more than 25 years of experience, I bring a warm, compassionate and collaborative approach to my work.

My hope is that when you sit with me, you feel seen, heard and accepted — without needing to have everything figured out first.

Healing doesn't happen in just one way.

We are whole people.

Our thoughts, emotions, bodies, relationships, experiences and sense of meaning are all connected. Sometimes healing begins by talking. Sometimes it involves understanding our nervous system, finding practical tools, reconnecting with our strengths, or simply creating space to slow down and listen to what we need.

At Kelly Wellness Studio, counselling is tailored to the person rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.

We begin with where you are and explore what support makes sense for you.

  • Line art drawing of two people sitting in chairs facing each other engaged in conversation. The person on the left is a woman with hair in a bun, holding a notebook and pen. The person on the right is a man with short hair, gesturing with his hands.

Individual Counselling

We begin with where you are today, exploring what you'd like to understand, change or work toward. Your counselling approach is tailored to your needs, goals and strengths.

Couples Counselling

A safe, supportive space to slow things down, communicate more openly and gain a deeper understanding of one another.

Walk & Talk Counselling

Sometimes it's easier to open up when you're moving rather than sitting face-to-face. Walk & Talk offers goal-focused counselling in a relaxed, neutral setting.

The Studio Experience

A space to reconnect.
A space to restore.
A space to grow.

Kelly Wellness Studio was created from a belief that wellness can be about more than talking about what's wrong.

Counselling is at the heart of the Studio, with space to explore other experiences that support the whole person — from facilitated groups and workshops to meditation, sound healing, movement and opportunities to connect.

Over time, the Studio will grow into a welcoming space where different people, practices and perspectives can come together around wellbeing.

A place to exhale.

Come as you are. Slow down. Be heard. Reconnect with yourself.

The Studio is being created as a welcoming space where counselling, wellbeing and connection can come together — a place to care for yourself not only when something is wrong, but because your wellbeing matters.

“Alison’s naturally caring and compassionate personality made it easy for me to feel comfortable. I instantly trusted her when I first met her. She is also incredibly intuitive and adaptable, tailoring each EMDR session to what I needed at each stage of the process.”
